Price and booking informations
The stated prices do not include local taxes of € 3.00 per person (aged 14 years or over) per day, which will be paid on site.
We prefer cash, but we can also take credit and EC card payments.
Arrival and departure:
- You can check in to the apartments from 2 p.m. on your day of arrival
- We ask that you vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on your day of departure
- Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive after 7 p.m.
Short stay:
Surcharge for stays of up to 2 nights:
- €40.00 per day in the apartment
- €10.00 per person per day in the double room
- €15.00 per day in the single room
Cancellation conditions :
You do not have the right to withdraw within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Code, but we do abide by the following cancellation conditions:
- We charge 30% of the total amount for cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival.
- We charge 70% of the total price for cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations within seven days of arrival or no-shows, we charge 90% of the total price.
- For delayed arrivals or early departures, we charge 100% of the total price.
- In the event of cancellation, your pre-paid deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellations can only be made in writing.
